[Chakura Heitei] - “Chakra Suppression”

Description: Above all, the primary tactics of the shinobi involve both stealth and deception. Using straightforward tactics when approaching the enemy should only be considered in the most desperate of situations, when an indirect approach isn’t feasible. Chakura Heitei is used as a setup for this more effective means of attack.

The polar opposite of Gensou Kaijou---the technique used to dispel genjutsu by causing a surge of chakra through the chakra circulatory system---Chakura Heitei slows the flow of chakra through the body to a minimum. This circumvents detection from sensors using Chakura Noukan at their rank. By its nature, this prevents the user from performing any techniques that use chakra, and is broken once the user re-engages in combat.
